more Napster nappiness
In an interesting turn of events, Linus Torvalds, the daddy of Linux,
denounced the Napster "piracy" movement on Monday via MSNBC. I was sorely
surprised to see Linus, whose OS has been seemingly licensed out from under
him (yes, I know it's only a variation of the kernel, but still) and who has
so graciously declined ownership rights, get huffy with all those Metallica
